In recent months, the HEY PEOPLE! Intervention Model has gained momentum through various training sessions and workshops.
- September, Bulgaria launched the HEY PEOPLE! training of trainers and partners followed!
- EUDC contributed with a training session held in Sweden on October 3rd and 4th.
- In Germany, Datey initiated on October 5, 2023, by organizing and leading a workshop in Ramstein-Miesenbach.
- Further expanding, the Diversity & Inclusion Institute conducted a hybrid training for educators in Athens on October 19th and 21st.
- And on the 20th and 21st of October, Aretes and Provincia di Modena, our Italian partners, held a workshop in the province.
Partners aim to address gender stereotypes in social media and online communication for young individuals during these training sessions. This collaborative effort shows the commitment to non-formal education, and the exchange of knowledge with all trainers and educators.
These training activities were the first step in testing and improving our Intervention model! Following them, groups of young people, led by the trained professionals during these events, have been piloting our model in all countries!
