Each country engaged two groups (Germany forming one group) of 15 young participants (aged 16\u201325) from local associations and schools. The workshops, facilitated by 2\u20133 trained supervisors per group, consisted of 8 interactive sessions covering topics such as gender stereotypes, social media influence, gender-inclusive communication, and strategies for the labor market.<br><br>To evaluate the intervention model\u2019s effectiveness, participants and facilitators completed pre- and post-surveys.
